I don't know why, but I think I like the first on the best because it just is so ridiculous. CareerBuilder.com has some weird commercials.

This is a great post, because it teaches us about listening and creating safe space. My training as a relationship expert is in Imago Dialogue - which I really like to compare to martial arts for relationships - in that the structure of the Dialogue requires the participants to grow as listeners. In other words, it's like asking permission to play a game, and the rules of the game create the safe space that perhaps was lacking outside of that structure. If we can begin creating a daily practice of dialogue, than our relationships can open us to powerful insights that we may have been lacking, avoiding or even destroying.
Michael Sherman - www.CourageousLovingNation.com

This post really speaks to me Joseph!

Recently I wondered what the missing link was for some of my coaching clients. When I really looked at it, I noticed that everyone of the people who were TOO comfortable had difficulty creating change, and cultivating an attitude of gratitude.

Sometimes life applies pressure from all sides and squeezes out what's in us. If we can ask ourselves those 7 questions when we feel squished, our reaction is bound to lead us in the right direction.

So all of those tough times become blessings and a chance to get back on the right track giving a voice to the greatness inside you!

I'm shinin'! Thanks! Happy 2010!

[...] If we are to make the most of our relationships, then, it is critical that we develop the communication skills that allow us to cut through the “problems” and understand that all actions are really an attempt to fill one of the basic human needs.
