Redefining the Dream – An anthem for peace

by | Mar 17, 2009 | 14 comments

An inspiring way to start (or finish) your day…  Using a brilliant new score and 24 verses from Dr.Martin Luther King’s “I have a dream speech”, this video will move you and inspire you to do great things and promote the message of love and peace with those you meet throughout the day!

Special thanks to Veronica Ciandre for the amazing production! Visit www.redefiningthedream.com for more information on the video and Veronica’s mission.

UPDATE

Veronica just informed me today (April 8, 2009) that her video has been approved to be shown in classrooms throughout the Toronto School District.  Congratulations Veronica!  Looking forward to the powerful impact this video will continue to have. 🙂

This was so professionally done. I especially enjoyed all the laughter at the end as it emits a joy that can’t be expressed by any words. “I am so happy and grateful” kept ringing in the video and in my own mind. Favorite words were “less judged and more recognized by the content of their character.” This is how it should be.

Wow. This video is a great midday pick-up. It’s amazing to see so many different people speaking Dr. King’s words.

Thanks for posting the video Joseph. The Toronto District School Board adding the video to their Media Center, is hopefully the first of MANY school districts being open to the value of focusing on the possibility in spite of the problems, and an increased desire to share that message with students.

This is an awesome video. And I mean it. It filled me with awe at how simple words coming from many diverse people can touch the soul. The combination of words, music, and pictures is outstanding. Thank you for sharing this with us. Do it again please.

After seeing nothing but negative, fear-based, and hateful news day in and day out, it is so nice to see something positive like this. More people need to see this video and feel this way and just be grateful for all that we have and have accomplished!
